• Why should I buy from you? What is your competitive advantage?
We keep our dogs without cages, they are fully socialized. They live in a house with children and other cats and dogs.         

• Are these purebred Labradors? 
Yes, these are purebred, we have all the paperwork.
We carefully choose our parents and bought from kennels with a worldwide reputation.

• What color Labrador do you offer?
We work with only one color, yellow, but yellow labradors come in many shades like white, silver and yellow.

• Are you registered with CKC? 
We are a registered kennel with CKC (Canadian Kennel Club).

• What is included in the price?
The price includes two deworms, vaccinations up to age, microchipping, CKC paperwork, insurance for 30 days, international Health Certificate, a rabies vaccine and an optional.

• Do you require a deposit to reserve a puppy? How much is the deposit?
Yes, we do.
The deposit is 30%. The deposit is non-refundable.

• I’m a little worried about giving a deposit, because I don’t know who you are?
We value our reputation. We are official Labrador breeders registered with the largest Canadian association.
You can easily find information about us on the CKC websites.
In addition, we often participate in dog shows, where you can also meet us in person.

• How can I send a deposit?
The deposit can be sent by e-transfer, a credit card (visa or mastercard), Western Union, or Moneygram. We do not accept payments via PayPal.

• How can I get proof of the deposit?
After paying the deposit, you will receive a contract, where the deposit amount is indicated.

• Do you have shipping?
Yes, we do have different options for shipping.
1. You pick up the puppy on your own.
2. We offer a car delivery to Ottawa, Montreal, GTA area etc. (contact us to get more information).
3. Cargo service by the company of your choice.

• Does the price include shipping fees?
No, shipping expenses are on the buyers’ expense.

• What is required for cargo service?
The puppy will need a kennel, blanket and some water for the flight. Any additional requirements can be asked by a cargo company.

• Can I see both parents of the puppy?
Yes, you can see all the parents in the galleries Boys and Girls.

• I am allergic, can I come to play with the dogs to see how I will react?
No, we don’t accept any visitors to play with the puppies and/or test allergy reactions. Also, your allergy may not instantly react to dogs/puppies.

• At what age can I pick up my puppy?
Usually the puppy moves into a new home at the age of about 2 months.
